Martial Arts & Self-Defense for Women
Martial Arts is a Lifestyle and great way to lose weight and stay in shape!
The GIRL FIGHT program infuses Martial Arts & Strength training in every class.
You will be required to hold pads during your GIRL FIGHT fitness training and participate in teamwork activities. All of our students are on a journey towards their Black Armband and understand that Martial Arts is a practice, rather than a fitness class. Adult classes are open to girls 13 years and older.
Students under 18 must have parent or guardian sign waiver before taking class.
